As a service support team member you are pivotal to curating a premium guest experience and responsible for assisting the FOH and Retail tea

As a busser, your main responsibility is ensuring that tables are cleared and set to Parsons standards as soon as each guest’s dining experience is complete. Ensuring that tables are reset in a timely manner is an important part of the guest experience. You will support the FOH and retail team in the pursuit of one common goal; that every guest leaves having had a positive experience.

  • Ability to assist all departments when needed, including but not limited to serving staff, retail, hosts, brewery, and BOH
  • Flexibility to assist where/when needed, always keeping the common end goal of a ‘premium guest experience’ at the core of all actions
  • Ensure consistent cleanliness and maintenance of floors/field, garbages/recycling, washrooms, tables/chairs, glassware and cutlery 
  • Remove dirty plates, cutlery, empty glassware, garbage, etc. in a timely, organized, and appropriate manner
  • Deliver food & beverages in a timely & elegant manner
  • Re-set tables between guests, deliver appropriate pre-sets to tables when needed
  • Stay up-to-date on your product knowledge (food & beverage)
  • Confidently able to present and talk about our menu professionally, this includes: food, beer, wine, cider, and bubbly 
  • Stay informed on county events and places to be able to chat with guests and make recommendations based on their interests 
  • Ability to use our POS, take payments (ask questions when needed)
  • Ensure you use and support servers with the ‘guest experience’ guidelines to curate the guests’ experience - each table should experience at least five touch points during their visit per Parsons standards
  • Work with your team and supervisor to ensure each guest leaves feeling welcomed and that they receive the best guest experience - bring up any and all complaints to the supervisor on duty (SOD) to ensure recovery.
