In a nod to the Rickarton's Castle boathouse we brewed this malty brown ale with a crisp tangy bready finish. Our first foray into nitro cans - shake, pour hard & enjoy! The Rick was an epic venue for live music, cheap beer and a fair few fisticuffs.

Parsons Brewing's take on a classic unique style of beer "as old as man" - Belgian Lambic - technically it can't be referred to as Lambic since it is not from the Brussels area (like Champagne can't be called champagne unless it is made in Champagne, France or parmigiano in Italy). ... so we call it a barrel funked bottle conditioned ale.

This Gueuze contains a blend from barrels aged for 5yrs and 1-1/2yrs, co-fermented with Brettanomyces, Pediococcus, and Lactobacillus. Cloudy by nature, tart but not sour with a subtle fresh cut hay nose, honey-dew melon body and a lingering orchard fruit finish, emanating through delicate, tiny bubbles.

The second release of our Two Left Feet series this Kriek contains a blend of 5yr and 2yr barrels aged on a copious amount of Montmorency cherries for six months bringing forth a vibrant acidity. Bottle conditioned and suitable for cellaring for years. The tart cherry intensity will moderate in time with the funky brettanomyces notes taking a more prominent role in this multi-level textured beer.

Younger sibling to the face tingling DIPA of the same name, this IPA packs all the same tropical fruit flavours in with a lower abv. Soft mellow pillowy finish. Get involved!

Like biting into a juicy fresh Niagara peach!   A biscuity aromatic grain bill nicely rounds out the heavy handed Sabro and Sasquatch dry hop additions.  Thirst quenching and exhilirating, tastebud tickling and tantalizing, it ticks all the boxes of a fruity summer IPA.

A big focus on oats in the grain bill of this 8.1% abv DIPA gives it a full mouthfeel without being sweet.   Honeydew melon and citrus from heavy handed Mosaic and Citra hop additions.  Have two back to back and it makes your face tingle, right @freshlemonadedave?

Blended barrel aged stout. Blending beers has become a passion of ours at Parsons. The culmination of multiple experiments is this blend of our Eightball Milk Stout and our Devil's Right Hand base recipe aged in rum barrels. Mild rum spice on the nose and a warming effect that finishes with a distinct crème brûlée aftertaste. A multi-layered delectable feast for the senses.

Aged in Bourbon barrels. This is the barrel aged version of the Son, aged in Old Forester Bourbon barrels.   Mild notes of tobacco complement the vanilla and slight toasted flavours emanating from the oak barrel. A thought provokingly distinguished stout.

This Imperial Stout chimes in at 8.5% ABV without the slightest trepidation.  Luscious dark cocoa and delicate coffee notes are evident within this malt-forward monster of a beer that maintains a velvety smooth balance despite its high ABV.

A beer that brings to mind a favourite UK dessert while still following the German Reinheitsgebot beer purity law was a challenge.   @Escarpmentlabs Uberweizen yeast providing the fruity banana esters and specialy malt lending this stout subtle toffee and distinct chocolate notes did the trick. Expect a full bodied mouthfeel, a dry chocolate finish and highly satsified tastebuds.
