Family Day weekend wouldn't be complete without a trip to Parsons Brewing Co. for our delicious beers and our outdoor ice rink. We are partnering with Chef Char and the GetShuckd team to bring you an outdoor oyster wonderland. We’ll be lighting the fires to serve wood-fired oysters with a creamy lobster sauce, cups of perfect clam chowder, and a raclette station like you’ve never seen. We can't wait to see you there for a few hours of skating and fireside treats!
